Once upon a time, six extraordinary individuals crossed paths in the world’s most electrifying cities. From New York’s jazz bars to Rio de Janeiro's sun-soaked beaches and the glittering skyline of Dubai, fate brought together a diverse cast of characters who shared one common drive: a vision to redefine the world of marketing and advisory.
Meet Danijel Kantuu, the CEO—a Romanian visionary who honed his creative edge at the London School of Arts. Danijel had the eye of an artist but the mind of an entrepreneur, always searching for ways to merge beauty with impact. His creative prowess would become a foundational force at LUCERNA.
Renata Odzakovic, a Croatian powerhouse whose career took off in London with one of the Big Four firms. Her analytical brilliance and experience working with global clients sharpened her ability to see opportunities others couldn’t. Renata’s presence was the steady hand, ensuring that every decision was grounded in data and rigor.
Ludo Cernak brought a different energy: a storied career in real estate and marketing, he had a business acumen honed in the world of high-stakes deals and big ideas. The Slovak businessman was the team’s sage, a visionary with the uncanny ability to spot the next big thing.
Jorge Oliveira added a touch of rhythm and soul, a former guitarist from a Brazilian pop-rock band turned strategist. Jorge’s path from stage to strategy gave him a unique understanding of audience engagement, and his laid-back spirit infused the team with a sense of harmony. He saw marketing like music—each campaign a composition that needed just the right notes to resonate.
Amira Savalisis, an Iranian creative genius, brought artistic flair and an eye for design. Her international perspective and flair for visual storytelling helped shape LUCERNA’s distinct style, making every project not just a strategy but an experience. Amira’s work turned heads and captured hearts.
Finally, there was Dana Graaf, the Dutch designer whose minimalist sensibility brought clarity to LUCERNA’s bold ideas. Her calm approach and meticulous design sense transformed complex concepts into elegantly simple visuals, adding sophistication to every project.
Between 2012 and 2014, they crossed paths on various independent projects. Each meeting, whether planned or by chance, deepened their connection and their belief that together, they could create something transformative.
In 2014, they founded LUCERNA, a boutique advisory house with the spirit of a rock band. Though they each continue to pursue their own passions—data-driven investments, AI development, start-ups, real estate, marketing, and design—LUCERNA is where their talents intersect to create something powerful. Like a band coming together to create an unforgettable album, each of them brings their unique style to every project, blending strategy, data, creativity, and boldness.
